Abandoned Worlds explores what remains after a place has been left behind—not simply abandoned physically, but emotionally and spiritually. Soft veils of muted blue, sage, warm ochre, and weathered sienna suggest landscapes worn smooth by time, while expressive marks and sweeping gestures hint at forgotten paths, fading architecture, or memories that refuse to disappear.

Rather than portraying a specific location, the painting invites viewers into an imagined space where absence becomes its own presence. Layers partially conceal one another, revealing fragments of what once was while allowing new stories to emerge.
